Terry Goodwin

Managing Director

Terry's career began in retail where he worked as a Regional Manager for Magnet Kitchens before starting his own transport company in 1992. Terry has over 22 years experience of running a business. As Managing Director of Conference Haul International he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and ensures the profitability and growth of the business. Customer satisfaction is top of Terry's priorities, from 'quote to delivery'.

Darren Barnham

Operations Director

Darren has spent most of his career in Financial Services before moving to the USA to start a facilities management company, he returned to the UK in 2007 after selling his successful business. Darren is the meticulous member of the team, which is essential in logistics. Darren's passion for timekeeping ensures once a job is booked you can rest assured that the truck will arrive on time, every time.

Merril Mathias

Commercial Director

Merril started his career in the hospitality industry before moving in to event transport in 2006. Merril joined Conference Haul International in 2014 as Commercial Director. He is responsible for implementing the business strategies and developing new relationships and opportunities for the company.

Ann Jackson

Financial Controller

Ann looks after the company finances and credit control when she is not lounging around on her lovely boat at the weekends.

Rob Wakeling

Interim Transport Manager

Rob joined us in 2011 and has been a key member of our team, working as lead driver for all logistically challenging jobs. Rob has stepped up to the role as Interim Transport Manager until we find a suitable replacement. Rob is responsible for our legal compliance of all vehicles and drivers.

David Fuller

Warehouse Manager

David assists Jon in looking after the trucks to make sure they are spotless and maintained, he also controls the storage in our various warehouses.

Adrian Percival

Transport/ Operations Manager

Adrian joined Conference Haul International in February 2018. Coming from a military background serving with The Household Cavalry, since 2014, Adrian has held senior roles for the companies such as DHL Supply Chain, Yodel and Müller UK. Having successfully been awarded a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Logistics and Transport, and also an International Freight Certificate of Competence, Adrian soon advanced in the profession to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Member of the “The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport”, and also European Senior Logistician of “The European Logistics Association”. When not working, Adrian likes to spend time walking his beloved Beagle “Howie”, and Skiing in France at his family home of Le Biot, Haute-Savoie, in the Portes du Soleil Region.
